A simple but delicious cake recipe:

For the dough, mix the curd with milk, sugar, egg yolks and oil. Mix the flour and baking powder and knead into the dough. If the dough does not hold together yet, add a few drops of water, it must not become sticky.

Thinly grease a baking sheet. Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured surface and spread it on the baking sheet. Press the edge slightly. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Rinse, halve and core the apricots, cut into thick wedges and spread evenly on the dough. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and almond slivers and sprinkle over the fruit. Bake the cake in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes until browned.
