Instructions:

For the apricot slices, beat the eggs with the powdered sugar in a mixer (or food processor) until well frothy.

Mix the flour with 1 pinch of salt and baking powder dry and stir into the foam mixture with the oil. Spread on a greased and floured baking tray and cover with halved apricots (it looks especially nice if you sprinkle almond flakes on top).

Bake for approx. 1/2 hour (preheated oven, approx. 175 degrees convection oven), sugar, let cool and enjoy.
