A great fish recipe to make yourself:

Remove the peel from the ginger and cut into very fine strips. Rinse the dill, shake dry and chop coarsely. Place the salmon skin side down on a piece of plastic wrap. Spread sesame seeds, ginger and dill evenly on the flesh side of the salmon fillet. Stir honey through with two tablespoons of oil, lime juice and zest. Season with salt and pepper, cloves and juniper berries and drizzle the marinade and over the fish. Cover salmon with the plastic wrap, wrap in aluminum foil. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for one to 48 hours. Remove the skin from the potatoes and grate, season with salt and season with pepper. Squeeze the potato juice. Mix the egg whites with the potato rasps. Heat remaining oil, form potato mixture into small puffs and fry until golden brown on both sides. Using a very sharp kitchen knife, cut the salmon into paper-thin slices, keeping the kitchen knife almost parallel to the cutting board. Arrange on top of the potato puffs.
