Instructions:

Clean arugula and spinach leaves, pluck the leaves from the stems and boil briefly in salted water.

Rinse in cold water, squeeze well and chop coarsely.

Mix vegetables with whipping cream, blend finely with a hand blender and heat. Season puree with salt, pepper, crushed garlic and a little nutmeg (freshly grated).

Beverage tip: Both strong white wine and light red wine are adequate companions here, although beer freaks will also enjoy a glass of cool barley juice.
