For the Asian noodle salad, chop the runner beans into fine, diagonal strips and the deseeded chili pepper into rings.

Cook the noodles al dente.

Pluck the coriander. Cut the chives into fine rolls. Squeeze the lime. Blanch green beans and sprinkle with lime juice.

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with curry and salt and fry in hot oil until brown.

Now mix all ingredients, season with soy sauce and serve the Asian noodle salad lukewarm.
