Instructions:

Prepare asparagus spears as usual.

Defrost puff pastry and spread with half of the sweet whipped cream. Layer alternately with cheese, ham and chopped herbs. Roll up, cut into 1 cm thick slices and brush with the remaining whipped cream one more time.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 25 min.

Heat the hollandaise sauce and pour over the asparagus spears.

Serve with the puff pastry snails.
