An asparagus recipe for gourmets:
Prepare asparagus (ready for cooking, e.g. peel, remove woody parts and dirt).
Put two liters of water, 2 tsp. salt, ½ tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. juice of one lemon, 1 tbsp. butter in a frying pan, bring to a boil and cook asparagus in it for 15 to 20 min. until tender. Then keep warm with the lid closed.
Stir the cream, cornflour and garlic in a wide frying pan and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and make a creamy sauce. Add wild garlic, season.
Arrange the asparagus on heated plates, cover with the sauce.
