For the Augsburger with cucumber feta salad, first peel the knackwurst, cut in half and make a crosswise incision on the upper side.

Now peel the cucumbers, slice them very finely, salt them well and let them rest in the salt for a few minutes. Then squeeze the cucumber slices with your hands.

In a bowl, mix the slices well with the garlic oil, salt, pepper, mustard and vinegar. Wash the leeks and cut them into very thin rings and mix them with the cucumbers.

Remove the feta from the package and cut into very small cubes. Mix these into the salad as well. When the salad is ready, heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausages well, cut side first, on both sides.
