Instructions:

Wash the lettuce well, cut the grapes in half and add to the lettuce.

Prepare a marinade of vinegar, oil, honey, mustard and salt and pour it over the salad.

Chop the walnuts, roast them briefly without fat and add them to the salad. Toast the walnut baguette slices.

Place the sliced goat cheese on a baking tray lined with baking paper and heat at 175 °C for 3-4 minutes.

Put the warm goat cheese on the toasted bread slices and serve with the salad.
