For the autumn vegetable pan, cut the ham into strips and fry in a pan with olive oil.

Clean the vegetables, wash them, cut them into strips (about the size of the ham) and add them. Now season with pressed garlic, chili, salt and pepper.

Deglaze with vegetable soup and simmer over medium heat for just under 10 minutes. Sprinkle the autumnal vegetable pan with chopped parsley and serve.
