For the avocado bread, first peel the avocado and remove the pit. On a slice of bread, mash half an avocado with a fork. Season with spices of choice (chili flakes, salt and pepper or fried chicken seasoning are especially delicious).

Place cheese on top (soft cheese in slices, harder cheese is better grated beforehand) and let it melt in the oven at 180-200 °C, preferably with grill function, for 5 minutes. Be sure to keep an eye on the cheese so that it does not burn on the avocado bread.
