For the avocado dip, pit and peel the avocado. Cut the flesh into pieces and mash with a fork. Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes.

Wash the chili, remove the seeds and cut into very fine strips. Stir everything together. Squeeze half a lemon and stir in the juice.

Now mix everything with basil, chives, salt and pepper. Let the dip infuse for about 10 minutes and then enjoy.
