For the avocado and shrimp salad, peel, pit and chop the avocados.

Wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces, mix with lemon juice and chopped basil, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Sear shrimp in olive oil and fold into avocado-tomato mixture.
