Homemade baby food – First complementary food
For the apple-pear-banana porridge, wash and peel the apple and pear. Remove the stalks, skin and core and cut into pieces.Cook in a little water over low heat until soft. Drain and collect the cooking water.
Peel the banana and cut into slices. Mix with the apple and pear pieces and puree with a blender.
If necessary, add a little more cooking water to the apple-pear-banana porridge.
