Homemade baby food – First complementary food

For the fish and tomato risotto, blanch (scald) the tomatoes and peel off the skin. Cut into cubes and remove the seeds if necessary.

Heat some butter in a saucepan and sauté the rice until translucent. Add the diced tomatoes. Add a small ladle of hot clear soup or hot water. When the liquid is absorbed, pour again. Continue doing this until the rice is grainy and soft.

Inspect the fish fillets for bones and remove with tweezers if necessary. Heat some milk in a saucepan, add the fish fillet and cook. Tear apart and mix into the risotto.

Season the fish-tomato risotto with finely chopped basil.
