For the salmon with broccoli-potato-vegetables peel the potato and cut it into small cubes. Add the potato cubes to the broccoli florets in a little water.

Carefully inspect the salmon fillet for any bones and peel off the skin. Also add to the pot and cook over low heat until soft.Puree with a hand blender. If you like, you can still strain the mash through a sieve.

Now stir in a few drops of canola oil into the salmon with broccoli and potato vegetables.
