For the spelt rusk pear porridge, peel the pear, remove the core, stem and skin and cut into pieces. Cook in a little water over low heat until soft and puree with a hand blender.

Crumble the rusk into a bowl. Heat the milk and empty it over the rusk crumbs. Now stir in the pear puree and butter. If necessary, let the spelt rusk pear porridge cool down to eating temperature.
