For the zucchini porridge, peel and dice potatoes.

Wash zucchini, cut off top and bottom and also dice. Put both in the steamer with the water and steam until the cubes are soft. This can also be done in a saucepan on the stove. Pour off the excess water, blend or puree the vegetables together with Parmesan and stir in oil just before eating the zucchini porridge.
