Instructions:

For the bacon lentils, peel and chop the onion, also chop the bacon.

Fry the bacon in a pan, add the onion and fry until light yellow. Add flour and prepare a light roux.

Pour in the lentils (including the liquid), add vinegar, water and spices, simmer for 15 minutes. Season the bacon lentils again and serve.
