For the bacon soup with cabbage, wash and clean the cabbage and cut it into small pieces. Dice bacon, heat oil in a pot and fry in it.
Add cabbage. Then dust with flour. Deglaze with beef broth and season with caraway seeds, salt and pepper.
Bring the soup to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the parsley and marjoram and season the bacon soup with them.
