Instructions:

Skin the meat sausage. Peel cucumber, onion and apple. Peel the skin off the tomatoes. Cut everything into thin strips. The carrots too. Peel the eggs. Keep two eighths for garnish. Separate egg white from yolk. Chop egg whites. Mix well with remaining ingredients.

Press egg yolks through a sieve. Mix with mayo, whipped cream and spices. Pour over the lettuce and mix. Chop the chives and add. Mix well. Season again.

Dressing. Garnish with two egg quarters and parsley.
