Instructions:

Whip the cream in a large bowl until stiff. Mix condensed milk with lime and lemon zest, as well as citrus juice.

Mix both masses together until everything is well combined (carefully, so that the mass still remains well fluffy-light).

Cut Messino cookies into thin wedges.

Now place 1/3 of the mixture in a freezer-proof container, then spread a layer of Messino wedges (half of the Messino amount) evenly over it, spread another third of the cream mixture on top, again roughly cover with Messino wedges and then smooth the last layer of cream.

Cover everything airtight and put in the freezer for about 6 hours.

After 6 hours, remove and garnish in sundaes with Messino cookie, zest, lime and lemon slices and serve quickly.
