For the baked apple tart, prepare a shortcrust pastry from flour, margarine or butter, powdered sugar and egg yolks. Roll out half the amount of shortcrust pastry on a springform pan base (26) and prick the pastry.

Pre-bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Let cool. Form the remaining dough into a roll and place it in the cake pan, pushing it up about 4 cm as a rim.

Peel the apples and cut out the core with an apple corer. Place the apples in the cake form and fill the rum raisins into the apples.

Prepare a vanilla pudding from whipped cream, milk and sugar and immediately pour it over the apples and smooth it down.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes. Allow to cool well and only then loosen the springform pan rim, cut open and sprinkle with sugar if necessary.
