A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Prepare a batter and use it to “coat” the bottom and sides of a cake springform pan to an even thickness. Put a strip of parchment paper between the edge of the pan and the dough, so that the edge is extended by about 5 cm. This is to prevent the filling from climbing out later.

Peel the apples and cut out the core, then place the apples in the mold.

For the filling, bring 3 cups of whipping cream with 100g of sugar to a boil. Melt the custard powder with 1 cup of whipped cream and add to the boiled sugar-whipped cream mixture mold. Pour the cream over the apples.

Bake everything together at 150 °C for one and a half hours. Do not take out on the spot, but cool a little bit in the oven first.
