Baked Banana Candy on Mango Chili Ragout

Instructions:

Extinguish with apple juice. Boil down and add the diced mango and the chili pepper.

Allow to boil briefly and cool. Peel the bananas, cut them in half and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Wrap in the spring roll dough and shape into a candy. Bake in the deep fryer until done and arrange on top of the ragout.

Tip:

After working with a chili pepper, be sure to rinse your hands very thoroughly, as remnants of the pepper on your fingers can burn very painfully.
