Instructions:

Preparation baked banana:

Cut bananas into slices and fry in a frying pan with hot butter. Season with a pinch of sugar. Then crumble a handful of “Amarettini” over the bananas in the frying pan and finish with a dash of rum.

Preparation Zabaione:

Separate the eggs and mix the egg yolks with the Baileys. While stirring in a bain-marie, beat the Baileys/egg mixture until creamy. Finally, spread the zabaglione evenly over the baked bananas.
