For the baked cabbage sprouts, clean, wash and boil the cabbage sprouts in salted water. Salt and pepper the cabbage sprouts, season with a little nutmeg and then bread them.

Roll in flour, then pass through beaten egg and turn in breadcrumbs-parmesan mixture. Heat oil and fry the cabbage sprouts until floating.

Drain the baked cabbage sprouts on a paper towel.
