Instructions:

Remove the head and fins of the fish. Cut into slices, place in a sufficiently large bowl and sprinkle with pepper and salt. Sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Leave to stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After half the time, turn the fish pieces to the other side and pour the marinade over them. Drain the carp pieces well and dry them with kitchen roll. Turn them in the flour on both sides. Pull through the lightly beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs well until smooth. Bake the fish pieces in the oil until golden.

Garnish with lemon quarters and parsley. Serve with herb sauce or mayo.

Important !!! Dry the carp pieces well with kitchen roll, so that not too much flour sticks to them, which would make the breading heavy and mushy.

Tip You can also omit the breadcrumbs. Often the parsley is also fried and added.
