For the Baked Coconut Bananas, run the bananas through the egg, coat in coconut breadcrumbs and fry in cinnamon, butter, honey and juice of a lemon. Melt the chocolate over a hot water bath and spread as a mirror on a flat plate.

Boil 250 ml of whipped cream with vanilla sugar, let it cool and thicken with cornstarch, gradually add the melted chocolate and draw decorations with a wooden skewer.

Arrange the baked coconut bananas on the chocolate layer and garnish with powdered sugar and mint leaves.
