For the baked fish fillets, drizzle the fillets with the juice of one lemon. Season with salt and pepper.

Beat the egg. Dredge fish fillets in flour and pull through egg. Coat fillets with breadcrumbs. Heat oil very hot and fry fish in it until they are golden brown.

Quarter the second lemon and serve the baked fish fillets with it and garnished with plucked parsley.
