Instructions:

For the batter, mix the above ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth. Dip the nettle leaves and shoots, drain and bake in a frying pan at 170 degrees until crispy. Degrease on kitchen paper.

The baked nettle leaves can also be cooled and eaten as a side dish.
