Wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil. Bake in a heated oven (electric stove: 200 °C /

Gas stove: level 3) bake for approx. 2 hours. Stir sour cream or crème fraiche, sour cream and curd cheese. Add crushed garlic and chive rolls. Season with salt and pepper. Score potatoes crosswise in the middle, press apart slightly and place a blob of Sour Krem on each.

Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
