Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

Rinse potatoes and cook in boiling hot water until tender, about 20 minutes.

Drain potatoes, rinse with cold water, peel and cut in half. Clean and rinse beans and cook in boiling hot salted water for 15-20 minutes.

For the sauce, melt fat in a saucepan, add flour and sweat in it. Extinguish with clear soup and milk and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Cut meat loaf into large cubes. Heat oil. Fry the liver loaf in it. Fill potatoes, beans and liver cheese into a gratin dish.

Pour sauce over it. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake the casserole in the heated oven (electric stove: 200 °C /gas stove: level 3) until golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley.
