Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Warm the cream slightly and let the yeast melt in it. Knead together with the other ingredients to form a dough and leave to rise in a warm place.
For the sauce, crush the raspberries and pass them through a sieve. Bring the sugar to the boil with the wine, then add the raspberries and cook for about four minutes.
Then roll out the dough, fold it and form noodles about 5 cm long. Heat enough oil in a frying pan and fry the noodles in it until golden brown. Drain the baked potato noodles on a paper towel. Then arrange on the raspberry sauce, garnish with powdered sugar and chocolate shavings.
