Rinse the potatoes thoroughly and cook for 20-30 min. in bubbling hot water until just tender. Cut in half lengthwise and very carefully scoop out with a small spoon. Finely dice the scooped out potato flesh, bacon and onions.

Preheat the stove to 200 degrees. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and sauté the bacon and onion cubes until light. Add the minced meat and stir-fry as well. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and thyme. At the end, fry the potato meat briefly.

Thoroughly mix the egg with the meat-potato mixture and the grated cheese in a large baking bowl. Season again.

Butter a baking sheet. Place the potatoes on it, fill with the minced meat mixture and bake for 25 minutes in a hot oven (gas: level 3, fan oven: 180 °C ). Rinse the parsley and chop very finely. Put 1 dab of cream on each potato and sprinkle with parsley and bring to the table.
