Instructions:

Sauté onion cubes in lard until soft. Add breakfast meat cubes and fry. Sprinkle paprika on top. Add beef broth and sauerkraut, cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt. Grease gratin dish. Layer potato slices and sauerkraut alternately. Pour whipped cream on top.

Bake the sauerkraut at medium heat for 25 minutes. Additional dish: Tomato sauce
