For the baked spring rolls, fry broccoli, carrots and bean sprouts in oil until hot. Season with chili flakes and soy sauce.

Cut iceberg lettuce into strips and stir in, no longer roasting. Brush 1 strudel sheet at a time with egg.

Fold once and top with 1/4 of the filling and roll up. Do the same with the remaining three strudel sheets. Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg.

Bake the spring rolls at 190°C for about 18 minutes.
