Instructions:

1. rinse the frozen tuna under cold running water, dry. Season with grated orange peel, salt and pepper, drizzle with a tbsp. of oil.

Oil an ovenproof dish and place the capers, onion, bell bell pepper and garlic cubes on the bottom. Spread the tomatoes and their juices evenly on top, place the tuna pieces on top and drizzle with a little oil.

Put the dish on the broiler in the preheated oven and bake for about half an hour at 200 degrees (gas level 3-4).
