Cut the meat into 3 cm cubes. Peel onions and potatoes and cut into thin rings and slices. Chop the chives finely.

Grease an ovenproof dish with clarified butter. Spread the mold with onion rings, form a potato layer on top. Spread meat cubes evenly over it, sprinkle with chives. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Continue in this way until the whole is consumed. The last layer should be potatoes.

Spread butter flakes evenly over them, pour white wine and cook in oven heated to 220 °C for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Serve the baked potatoes in the form. Serve with lettuce or iceberg lettuce with a herb salad dressing.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
