For the balsamic chicken, squeeze the lemon. Chop rosemary. Peel and crush garlic. Rub chicken with rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with lemon and let stand for some time.

Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken on all sides for 10 minutes. Wash and dice tomato. Peel and coarsely dice onion. Chop asparagus. Clean mushrooms, wash and remove stalk.

Fry tomato cubes, onion pieces, mushroom heads and bean sprouts briefly. Deglaze with wine and sprinkle the chicken with balsamic vinegar as soon as the drippings dissolve.

Remove chicken from pan, stir stock and baste chicken. Serve the balsamic chicken.
