Instructions:

For the banana cake, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. For the dough, mix the egg whites with 3 tablespoons of cold water, the vanilla sugar and the sugar and beat with a mixer until creamy.

Fold in the flour and oil and pour into a baking pan lined with baking paper (approx. 28 cm X 23 cm) and bake on the 2nd rack for approx. 20 – 25 min.

When the dough has cooled, cut the bananas into pieces about 1 cm wide and place them on the dough piece by piece. Then cook the pudding according to instructions and spread on the bananas so that all bananas are covered.

When the pudding has cooled, melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath and spread it on top of the pudding.

Chill the banana cake in the refrigerator for several hours until the chocolate has hardened.
