A great cake recipe for any occasion:
Melt coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat.
Stir through vanilla sugar, eggs, sugar, milk, instant coffee and cocoa. Stir the coconut oil into the cream by the tablespoonful.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour a little chocolate mixture. Peel bananas and cut into pieces. Layer alternately with butter cookies in the mold. Finish with a layer of chocolate.
Let the cake set in the refrigerator for one night. Then turn out of the mold and remove the paper.
