For the banana gratin, toast almond flakes in a pan. Cut the bananas into slices and butter a gratin dish.

Place the banana slices tightly, spread the jam in blobs and sprinkle the almond flakes on top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Then sprinkle with rum.
