For the banana pudding with caramel, soak the gelatin in cold water. Peel two bananas and mash them in a blender.

Mix with the lemon juice, sugar, vanilla sugar and curd. Dissolve the squeezed gelatine in warm liqueur and carefully fold into the cream.

Fold in the stiffly whipped cream and pour into four serving dishes. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.

For the caramel sauce, lightly caramelize the sugar and deglaze with about 125 ml water and liqueur. Simmer until the caramel has dissolved.

Peel and slice a banana and add to the sauce. Allow to cool. Turn out the banana pudding from the ramekins and pour the sauce with the bananas over it.
