For the banana slices, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Fold in salt, flour and baking powder. Empty onto a baking tray and bake at 170°C for about 12 minutes.

Let cool. Then spread with jam. For the cream, prepare pudding according to package directions. Cream soft butter and stir into pudding by tablespoonfuls. Add a little rum.

Slice the bananas and place them on the sponge cake. Then spread the custard over the top. Heat the chocolate icing according to the instructions and spread it over the banana slices.
