For the banana split cake, melt butter. Mix flour, cacao and baking powder through a sieve in a bowl. Mix in sugar.

Add eggs, melted butter and water and stir until mixture is smooth. Grease springform pan and pour in batter.

Bake at 175 °C for at least 20 minutes. Let the cake cool, turn it out onto a plate without removing the ring.

Soak gelatin according to instructions. Peel bananas, cut into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix yogurt and vanilla sugar and dissolve gelatine in it.

Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the yogurt. Spread some of the cream on the base, spread banana slices on top and finally pour the rest of the cream on top like a dome.

Decorate the banana split cake with chocolate bananas at the end.
