For the banana tiramisu, dissolve the cocoa in the milk while stirring. Cream sugar and yolks in a food processor, add mascarpone gradually. Continue to stir until a smooth mixture is formed.

Whip cream with vanilla sugar until stiff, then fold into egg mixture. Peel bananas and cut into slices.

Line tiramisuform with biscuits, sprinkle with cocoa, spread one third of the mascarpone mixture on top and spread the banana slices on top.

Repeat the process three times and finish with the cream. Dust with cocoa powder. Place the banana tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
