For the bangus fillets in black bean sauce, sprinkle the fish fillets with salt and let them sit for about 20 minutes. Heat a frying pan and fry the fillets in a little hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Take them out and put them aside.

Finely chop the garlic and onion and slice the tomatoes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic, onion and ginger and cloves. Then add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
