For the barbecue sauce, mix sour cream and yogurt, chop chives and parsley. Peel and press garlic and stir everything into the mixture. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

If necessary, stir in a pinch of paprika powder. Leave to stand in the refrigerator for an hour and serve the barbecue sauce garnished with radish sprouts.
