Instructions:

A great pasta dish for any occasion:

1. make pasta al dente in enough boiling hot salted water.

2. rinse basil, shake dry and chop the leaves.

3. drain the pasta in a sieve, then put it back in the saucepan, pour the whipped cream, season with salt and freshly ground pepper, add the basil.

4. stir everything well and heat on low heat (do not make).

5. bring to the table sprinkled with parmesan.
